About
Lou is an Associate Broker as well as the Director of Technology for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Realty Professionals. Lou has been a REALTOR® in Western Massachusetts for the last 28 years. Lou has managed a successful real estate team as well as operating his own real estate company. Lou has an extensive knowledge of residential real estate sales and is also responsible for day to day operations, coaching, training, implementing new programs, recruiting, and service and support for the agents in the company. Lou was also President (2016) for the REALTOR® Association of Pioneer Valley. Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, Lou worked as a call Firefighter and Reserve Police Officer for the Town of Ware, a Firearms Instructor/Police Officer for the Town of Shutesbury and an Emergency Medical Technician for what is now American Medical Response Ambulance.
